Overview

das1.io is a personal work management tool operated by Bellota Labs. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. We take your privacy seriously and do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Information We Collect

  • Google Account information — your name, email address, and profile photo, collected when you sign in with Google.
  • Google Calendar data — event titles, dates, times, and attendee names and email addresses, collected only if you choose to connect your Google Calendar.
  • Content you create — tasks, notes, discussion items, and people records that you enter into the app.

How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate you and provide access to your personal workspace.
  • To display your calendar events and meeting information within the app.
  • To store the tasks, notes, and other content you create.

All data you create in das1.io is private to your account. Other users cannot access your data.

Google Calendar Access

If you connect your Google Calendar, das1.io will read your calendar events to import them as meetings in the app. We do not modify or delete your calendar events. You can revoke this access at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions.

das1.io's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Storage

Your data is stored in a secure cloud database (Neon PostgreSQL) hosted in the United States. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. We use the following third-party services to operate the app:

  • Google OAuth — for authentication
  • Google Calendar API — for calendar sync (optional)
  • Neon — for database hosting
  • Vercel — for application hosting

Access

Access to das1.io is restricted to authorized users only. Sign-in is limited to approved email addresses and domains.
